To evaluate the effectiveness of both sub-projects, a quasi-experimental waitlist control group design with multiple data collection points will be used. This allows for reliable assessment of the training outcomes and provides a solid evidence base for further development. The project incorporates perspectives from all major Swiss language regions and addresses teachers across different school levels and career phases.
